1. Call to OrderChairman James Hackenberg opened the meeting at 7:00pm
2. President ReportJames Hackenberg reported on current/lapsed/and expired club members, and IMBA/SORBA's BOD meeting. A joint venture with the Piedmont Hicking and Outing Club was discussed. National Bike Month events discussed.
3. VP/Race Director report:
   Susan Thomas briefed the board on current race sponsorship. A motion was made and passed to add club funds to the purse.
4. Treasurer Report:
   Mark Gatehouse reported club funds and the possibility for a VF Corporation Grant to buy a Ditch Witch.
5. Old Business
   Discussions on IMBA TCC, Club General Meeting, Trail Committee Meeting, Guilford Co. Open Space Meeting and a club trail workday calendar.
6. New Business
   A motion made/passed to aid travel expense for current club president/proxy to mandatory IMBA/SORBA BOD meeting (twice yearly). Announced that Dale Holder regretfully resigned for the GFTS BOD. PYMBL reported to be successful at this point
7. Ajourn:
   Motion made to adjourn and passed at 8:45pm.
