National Trails day is a nationwide event organized by the American Hiking Society. Our local festival is family friendly, dog-friendly, and free for all ages. Bring the whole family, your lawn chairs or picnic blankets, and settle in for the day.
We'll have our tent up talking to folks about Mountain Biking in Greensboro and leading three rides during the event.
9:00 am - Beginner Mountain Bike Ride
10:30 am - Intermediate Group ride
11:00 am - Beginner Mountain Bike Ride
Come out and check the event out. Hang out at the GFTS tent for a while and talk to folks interested in riding our trails. Bring your bike and go for a ride.
We'll have GFTS stickers and the NEW T-SHIRTS. If you haven't got one yet or need another, we'll have them.
Lots of activities: guided hikes, mountain bike rides, kayak demos, live music, food trucks and a free raffle.
